Scott Phillips, Executive Director, is a veteran leader of college all-star games, a former college football coach, and former director of player personnel. Phillips’ background is diverse including experiences leading the Hula Bowl, serving as Director of Player Personnel at Kent State University, Offensive Coordinator at Westminster College, and the Asst QB Coach at University of Toledo. Outside of football, Phillips served seven years as CEO of one of America’s most valuable real estate franchises. Known for his highly organized leadership style, player development skills, and strong recruiting abilities, Phillips has earned recognition across multiple NCAA levels and is excited to lead the American Bowl.
