Beyond football, Phillips spent seven years as CEO of one of America’s most valuable real estate firms, broadening his professional skillset and earning recognition across NCAA programs and corporate circles alike.

Chloe brings a wealth of experience across the NFL, college football, and all- star game environments. Most recently, she worked in Student-Athlete Development with TCU Athletics, previously served as Director of Football Operations at Bethune-Cookman, and began her career with Texas A&M Football, supporting operations, recruiting, and the Lettermen’s Association. Following graduate school, she gained professional experience through premium service assistantships with the Tennessee Titans and Houston Texans.

Bringing over 30 years of National Football League (NFL) scouting experience to The American Bowl, Brian began his career with the Cleveland Browns and went on to serve with the Dallas Cowboys, New Orleans Saints, Carolina Panthers, and Buffalo Bills. His wealth of knowledge and proven eye for talent make him a tremendous addition to our scouting department.

With over five decades of experience across coaching, scouting, and player personnel, JP is a veteran football executive with a sharp eye for talent. He spent 18 years as a college head coach at Frostburg State and Bemidji State before transitioning into 39 years of professional scouting and personnel roles across the CFL, NFL, AAF, XFL,
With over five decades of experience across coaching, scouting, and player personnel, JP is a veteran football executive with a sharp eye for talent. He spent 18 years as a college head coach at Frostburg State and Bemidji State before transitioning into 39 years of professional scouting and personnel roles across the CFL, NFL, AAF, XFL, TSL, with his most recent experience serving as Director of Player Personnel for the USFL.

An experienced talent evaluator with a coaching background, Chris has made stops at Rowan University, Cornell University and is currently the Defensive Coordinator at the Peddie School. He has also served as a scout for the Hula Bowl and a Film Analyst for the Cleveland Browns, bringing a sharp eye for talent and deep knowledge of the game.


Mariah brings valuable experience at both the college and NFL levels. Most recently, Mariah served as Director of Recruiting Strategy & Events at LSU Football after previous roles as a Scouting Assistant with the Buffalo Bills and Director of On-Campus Recruiting at Oklahoma State Football.

Adam brings a strong football background, having spent the past four seasons with the Houston Texans in operations, scouting, and coaching roles. Prior to his time in the NFL, he served as a graduate assistant coach at the University at Buffalo Football.
