Executive Director

A veteran leader of college all-star games, Scott brings experience as a former college football coach and Director of Player Personnel. His distinguished background includes leading a college football all-star game, serving as Director of Player Personnel at Kent State University, Offensive Coordinator at Westminster College, and Assistant Quarterbacks Coach at the University of Toledo. Beyond football, Phillips spent seven years as CEO of one of America’s most valuable real estate firms, broadening his professional skillset and earning recognition across NCAA programs and corporate circles alike.

 Director of Football Operations

Christian holds several years of collegiate football experience, starting as a student-athlete and student assistant at Fort Lewis College. He went on to serve as a Football Technology Graduate Assistant at Louisville, Video Coordinator & Player Personnel Assistant at Navy, Running Backs Coach at Western Oregon, and Assistant Tight Ends Coach at Northern Illinois, with most recent all-star circuit work with a college football all-star game.

Director of Hospitality & Logistics

Natalie is a seasoned athletics professional with experience in football operations and administration. Currently an Athletic Administrative Assistant at Robert Morris University, Natalie previously worked with a college football all-star game and held multiple roles at Kent State University, including Director of On- Campus Recruiting, Football Operations, and Budget Manager.

Director of Player Resources and Sponsor Activations

Chloe brings a wealth of experience across the NFL, college football, and all- star game environments. Most recently, she worked in Student-Athlete Development with TCU Athletics, previously served as Director of Football Operations at Bethune-Cookman, and began her career with Texas A&M Football, supporting operations, recruiting, and the Lettermen’s Association. Following graduate school, she gained professional experience through premium service assistantships with the Tennessee Titans and Houston Texans.

With over five decades of experience across coaching, scouting, and player personnel, JP is a veteran football executive with a sharp eye for talent. He spent 18 years as a college head coach at Frostburg State and Bemidji State before transitioning into 39 years of professional scouting and personnel roles across the CFL, NFL, AAF, XFL, TSL, with his most recent experience serving as Director of Player Personnel for the USFL.
